To access the messages window, select Tools | Alarms | Messages... from the menu bar or click the main toolbar's button.

Message window

The window displays the list of messages for the user whose session is currently under way. The list can be sorted by column by clicking the column header.

• The icon that appears in the 1st column indicates a new message.
• The icon that appears in the 2nd column indicates that an action is attached to the message.
• Check the "New messages only" box at the bottom right of the window to display only new messages.
