Dialog box options

Fields available

Displays the list of available fields to sort the data that will be displayed in the report.

File

Displays the list of files containing the fields available for sorting data.

Add field

Adds the selected field to the list of fields to sort the data.

Add expression

Displays the expressions generator, which allows you to enter an expression to be added to the list of fields to sort the data.

Remove

Removes the selected field from the list of fields to sort the data.

Sort on

Drag the squares to change the precedence.

Descending order

The sort on this field will be descending if checked
