Setting up Transmitter information

A transmitter record is required in the XML files by both the Federal and Quebec governments. These records contain contact and company information. These records need to be updated if the information has changed.

Information like the transmitter number, contact name, etc. required for each form is different. Certainly the Federal forms and the Quebec forms are different.

Defaults are stored with the EXPORT parameters for the different forms.

1. Go to Top Menu > Tools > Export
2. Select the export (T4 XML, T4A XML or Releve 1 XML),
3. Click Modify this export. This opens the Export modification window.
4. Click Parameters. It will open a box where you can put company information which will be included in the XML file
5. Click OK when done, and then OK to save the changes.
