WSIB (Ontario)

The WSIB reconciliation form is due by March 31st of every year. It reconciles the premiums paid to the premiums owed.

WCB (other provinces except Quebec)

The other provinces also require an annual report for assessable earnings and premiums. It is also due by March 31st.

CNESST (Quebec)

Formerly known as the CSST(the name changed in 2016), the CNESST requires an annual salaries declaration which is due by March 15th of every year.
