Terminations in Employment History

The JACTION table is where the different types of termination movements (ex. layoff, retirement, maternity leave, return to school, lack of work, fired, etc) are defined. Each type of termination will have it's resulting TERM status. The termination movement will change the employee's Employment status to TERM and will be reflected as such in his Employment status in his personal file (PERSON) as well.

The JACTION table will also define the ROE code to appear on the Record of Employment.
