Updating after Payroll (external pay interface)
If your company uses an external payroll supplier to process your pay you will need to run a utility to update after Payroll in Umana.
This utility will reset the modified flag on employee and job history fields after successful transmission to payroll. It also flags time records as having been transmitted.
To access:
TOOLS > Attendance & Pay Utilities > Update after Payroll Xmit
In Selection, choose the appropriate pay period to update.
