ESS pay reports

ESS (Employee Self-Sevice) reports

There is a hidden category of reports called ESS.

It is typically made available to (non-HR-and-payroll) employees from the Left-menu bar > ESS (section) > My Pay stub. Clicking the option and shows the QuickPrint dialog box

The choices available (reports in the ESS category) typically include:

• My Pay stubs
• Year-end goverment forms: My T4, My T4A, My Releve-1

Configuration

The ESS option also appears under the PRINT menu (Top menu bar) if you have Admin access to the PRINT module.

This gives you access to control which reports are available. You can add or delete reports, for example.

To make a report temporarily unavailable, you can temporarily make it accessible to Me Only. This can be handy in the middle of February when the T4's aren't ready yet.
