TBL: GRADE - Grade

THis table contains a list of all the grades possible for all jobs.

If grades are divided into classes, use a period (.) to separate them. For example:

• Class 01, grade 05 = 01.05
• Class 01, grade 06 = 01.06 All combinates possible need to be listed

TBLC1 - NEXT GRADE IN SEQUENCE

The next GRADE (class.grade) which an employee would normally progress to, if available for his job.

If this is simply the next grade in ascending numerical sequence, leave this blank. Grades normally progress in ascening order:

• 01 --> 02 --> 03 --> etc. You can use this field if grades progress in reverse order.

TBLC2 - HOURS REQUIRED

The number of hours an employee must have worked to attain this grade.

TBLC3 - MONTHS REQUIRED

The number of calendar month an employee must have worked to attain this grade
