TIMEBANK Table

This table contains the name and units of each of up to 99 timebanks, as shown on the JOBHIST window (Attendance tab) and the TIMSUM window

The user cannot modify this table because changing units and Days-Hours conversion rules will invalidate the values. To make a such a change call your support team.

TBLC1 - UNITS

There are 5 possibles values:

• H (hours)
• D (days)
• $ (dollars only)
• H$ (hours and dollars)
• D$ (days and dollars)

Most unionized environments use H or H$.

TBLC2 - Convertion of DAYS to HOURS

This value applies only to banks in DAYS (or DAYS and DOLLARS), and only affects part-time employees and employees working different hours on diffent days.

Possible values are below. The default is 1.

1 = Convert DAYS to HOURS using FTE average hours/day
2 = Convert DAYS to HOURS using employee's avg. hours/day
3 = Convert DAYS to HOURS using employes's scheduled hours for that day. This code is not fully implemented
