Every year end Umana's programmers receive the XML schematics from both Revenu Canada and Revenu Quebec.

The XML programs are updated by Umana and then approved by both government agencies before being rolled out to you to be installed on your system.

Producing and transmitting the XML files is one of the LAST steps in the Year end process and must be sent to the government agencies by February 28th.

The data has to be balanced, adjusted and validated prior to this step.
