Accessing Umana Suppport

Creating your credentials

The first step is to create your password in order to access Umana Support.

  • Your email address is already stored in our help desk system. You need to enter it when asked, then create a password. For security reasons we are not allowed to create or maintain your password. You have to create it in a few quick steps.

1. Click the Umana Support link : https://umana-support.atlassian.net/servicedesk. The following dialog will open:


1.2. The first time you use Umana Support, click the "Forgot your password ?" link to create a new password.


1.3. You will receive an e-mail with a link where you can create your password.


1.4. In your e-mail click the link "Reset my password".


1.5. A new web page opens. Enter your chosen password and confirm it.


1.6. Now return to your login page and click "Return to log in".


1.7. You're back to your log in page. Enter your e-mail, click Next, enter the password you have just created and click Log In.


1.8. You're all set. Umana Support page will open.


Your profile

To change your profile or your communication language with Umana open the Profile page as shown below .
