Sending Tickets

How to send a support request

There are two ways:

  1. Recommended method: Use the Umana Support portal. Once you log in you can create tickets or maintain existing ones.

  2. By sending an e-mail to support@umana.ca. Every e-mail will automatically become a ticket in our help desk system, if you created your account with the same email address you are sending from.

1. Via the Umana Support Portal

Open your browser a the Umana Support portal and log in.

From that page, you will be able to create new tickets and browse existing ones belonging to your organization.

B.) Sending a ticket

Feel free to contact us by phone or e-mail if you have any trouble creating your credentials or logging in to Umana Support.
