Two Umana interfaces (platforms)
There are two different ways to access your Umana data.
The Umana-desktop interface is powerful tool for administrators, and HR and payroll staff, providing access to all Umana features. It works great on desktop and laptop computer.
It's what this help documentation is about.The Umana-web is gives ordinary employees the access they need, from a phone, tablet, or computer.

1. Internal support
First contact the people in your company in charge of the software.
They know the software well and are familiar with your environment. They can quickly answer your questions or solve your hardware and network problems.
