The Employee skills module is used to enter employees' current skills and objectives, along with their schooling and career profile.

Data

The data comes from the PERS, CAREER, and EDUC files.

Operation

To access the Skills and career input screen:

Data | Skills | Employee skills... main menu
Person | Seniority | Skills input screen
